patient infoHigh-Tech Dentistry— Our team is comprised of individuals trained to use the most advanced technology to better meet our patients' needs. We are committed to providing state-of-the-art treatment, while minimizing any discomfort to the patient.

Comfort— We respect that one of the foremost concerns most patients have regarding dental care is comfort. Our office is equipped to maximize comfort with both traditional and unique methods.

Emergency Care— Should a patient need emergency treatment during regular business hours, we will attempt to fit them into the schedule if at all possible. If an emergency situation arises outside regular business hours, patients should call our office at (434) 575-5677 to contact the doctor as quickly as possible.

patient info2New Patient Evaluation— When a new patient joins our dental family, we like to take time to perform a comprehensive oral evaluation. This enables the doctor and our team to determine the best possible treatment to restore and maintain optimum oral health. This also provides the opportunity to introduce our patient to our team members.

Insurance— As a courtesy to our patients, we will file insurances for all treatment and do our best to estimate co-payment amounts. In addition, we will help our patients in filing for any additional existing coverage.

Financial Policy— In order for us to keep the cost of dental care down, payment for all services must be handled by one of the following flexible options:

    • Payment by cash, check, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express accepted)

    • Payment plan through Health Care Financing (Capital One Financing)

    • Insurance on Assignment
